Our stay was really enjoyable with a stunning city view from our room and a cozy king bed that felt like a cloud! The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and I loved the spa services, especially the massage. The breakfast area was a bit crowded at times, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience—definitely plan your meals a little early to beat the rush! 🏨

Couple's excellent choice
The service was excellent, this one time I requested a special dessert for my partner’s birthday and they knocked on the door with a personalized cake. The breakfast choices were extensive and delicious, it felt like we were eating at a fancy restaurant every morning.
Sure, it wasn't the cheapest option out there, but still acceptable.

Luxurious Stay with Excellent Amenities
I had a wonderful two-night stay in a spacious room with a charming antique style. The breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was also convenient, with opportunities for easy access to nearby attractions. However, parking services could be improved for a smoother experience.

missingWrote a review on Mar 19laundry issues
After paying in advance for our stay, we lost our ability to charge things to the room without any prior warning, which was a real inconvenience. The laundry service caused further frustration, as we didn't receive our clothes back until 12 hours after the promised timeframe. While there was an Italian-themed restaurant, the grilled vegetables I ordered were overly cooked and not what I expected. I had some stomach issues following the meal, which definitely put a damper on my stay.

The location proved to be a significant advantage, with a mall and dining options nearby. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious scrambled eggs. We had an awesome group vacation! The pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed some time in the health club, playing squash. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Just a heads-up, service at the front desk could be hit or miss when it comes to knowledge about events.
I found the front desk staff lacking when I needed details about a meeting room I tried to book in advance. They didn't communicate clearly, and I got my confirmation just an hour before the meeting.
